Studie voor een uitbreiding en revitalisatie van de parkeergarage bij Kanaleneiland.
De uitbreiding bestaat uit een hotel op een perfecte locatie tussen Utrecht centrum en Papendorp.
Waterkant
WATERKANT | horeca paviljoen | Amsterdam
Waterkant is het (tijdelijke) horeca paviljoen onder de europarking aan de Marnixstraat te Amsterdam.
Het paviljoen heeft het niemandsland onder de hellingbanen getransformeert in een hot-spot met een enorm terras voor zonnige (zomer-) dagen en zwoele nachten.
Het restaurant is geplaatst in een custom made constructie met in zijn geheel te openen pui-en.
De bar, toiletten en opslag zijn geplaatst in de ruggengraat van zeecontainers, deze creërt de achtergrond voor het enorme terras aan de waterkant van de Amsterdamse nassaukade.

Why doesn’t a legal profession doesn’t need an ergonomic and nice workplace like ‘normal’ office workers?
Supported by the creative industry of the Netherlands this brothel is designed as a example in the redlight sex industry in Amsterdam: ‘the new standard’. Clean, hygienic, practical, mysterious and horny as one assignment. The bed is not a bed but a stage where the workers can do their performances. All rooms have different appearances from basic to suite, in accent color, shape of bed, size, position to the street, etcetera. The colorful funky rooms combined with the black basic, red curtains & light lines makes a visit mystic adventurous.

De derde Happy in Amsterdam! Het concept, van onze familie van Concrete, is ook hier weer hysterisch toegepast. De kenmerkende neonbakken dit keer horizontaal tegen het zwarte plafond rondom de eilandbar en wok-keuken. Voor de container keukenwand 5 x ronde tafels met lazy-susan’s. In de achterkamers, de koelwand met photobooth, red dining-wallpaper-room en green private dining/library/karaoke-room. Voor elke behoefte, iedere dag: Happy & Enjoy!
